    The first step of your IMSCB journey!

    Create your account on the IMSCB platform to begin your Registration. Creating an account is required before purchasing a package.

    Finding the right way to experience IMSCB.

    Explore the available packages and choose the one that best fits your IMSCB experience.

    Making your IMSCB experience official.

    Complete your purchase securely by debit or credit card through the platform. There are no additional fees for payments made through the site.

    And now, you're part of IMSCB!

    Once your payment is confirmed, you can find your selected package in the “My Account” section.

Good to know before you pay

Can I get a refund?

All IMSCB participation fees are non-refundable. By completing the payment, participants acknowledge and agree to the IMSCB Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable nature of the participation fee.

IMSCB also does not cover or reimburse any costs unrelated to the Congress, including, but not limited to, transportation, accommodation, or health and sanitary requirements such as vaccinations, medical tests, or isolation expenses. Once the participation fee has been paid, the participant will be considered officially registered for IMSCB.

What should I do if I change my mind about the package I purchased?

Once you’ve chosen your package, no further changes can be made.

Can I buy the participation for a friend?

No. Each package can only be purchased through the personal account of the participant who will attend IMSCB. The package and payment are directly linked to the account used for the purchase, so there is no option to purchase a package on behalf of another participant or transfer it to someone else’s account.

Is there a different package for presenters?

No, package fees are the same for every participant, including presenters. Once you’ve acquired a package, you can submit your abstract according to the Terms & Conditions regarding Oral Presentations & Debate Competition.

When should I pay?

You must complete your payment before the Registration deadline of 7 February 2027, unless all available memberships are sold out earlier.
If you pay during the Early Fee period, you will benefit from the Early Fee applicable to your selected package, subject to the available Early allocation for that package. From 4 December 2026 at 00:00 EET, the Late Fee applies.
Your registration is considered complete only once your payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.
